and advocacy.

as a 2004 election night analyst for the BBC.
She has been quoted in The New York
Times, Washington Post, Washington Times,
Time, Businessweek, and Salon. Chris has
taught seminars for the Women's Campaign
Fund, The WISH List, The Lugar Series,
The Lincoln Series, American University,
and has lectured at Harvard’s Kennedy
School of Government.
She served as a panelist for the Center for New American Security's Solarium II project, " A Strategy for American Power: Energy, Climate & National Security"
She has worked on presidential campaigns in the U.S. and in the Phillipines and has directed polling for numerous gubernatorial races, including those in Hawaii and Guam, and polled for congressional and state legislative races in every region of the country. Chris received her B.A. from Indiana University and her M.A. from Georgetown University, completing her master’s thesis on “The Politics of Suburban Sprawl.”
